How does it work...
Two options are available with varying levels of intensity depending on how quickly you would like and/or need to reach your goals.
1 to 1 Coaching : Blocks of 6 – 10 taken over a minimum of 3 -12 months.
The first session is for 90 minutes where a detailed analysis takes place, looking at what issues you are facing and what goals you would like to work on. The following sessions of 60 minutes work on ‘you as your greatest asset’.
In between sessions ‘HomeFun’ activities will be given to you to help accelerate your results.
Also included are personalised hypnotherapy recordings to support, maintain and sustain growth and development.
As a valued client of mine you’ll become part of the Mary B Tribe. You’ll receive my MMMM (Monday Morning Motivational Mail) monthly offering inspiration into your inbox for an added boost.
For urgent issues you will have WhatsApp and Email access, with a 24 hour response time.
Coaching sessions can take place face to face at a preferred location in Singapore or virtually via Skype/Zoom/FaceTime, which is also an option for those who are not locally based or who are travelling.
